You will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is steadfast, because he trusts in You.
Isaiah 26:3-4
Hebrews 12: 1,2 : since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses,
let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us,
and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us.
2: looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith,
who for the joy that was set before Him
endured the cross, despising the shame,
and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”
looking unto Jesus. not just looking, like looking at girls or admire flowers, looking at paintings, photos..
more than that…look means to depend upon. to abide in the vine. as though it is our source, our hope,
and strength like peter looking at Jesus n walking on water
Psalms 121 ..my eyes look to the hills, where my strength comes from?
Psalms 123..the eyes of the servant look to the hand of the master
all things are possible to him who believes
but a Christian life is not one that is without troubles;everything easy.
no.God wants u perfect.
so He will perfect virtue in u by developing character.
He may put u in impossible situations, like Moses in front of the Red sea.
like in the desert without water.
makes u to look the impossible straight in the eye n believe God for His power.
like Peter looking to Jesus n walked on water
true faith requires courage.
i want to love You more
Lord, make me holy as you are holy. Change my heart so that it is pure and so I can see You. Lord God, see that there is no immorality or deceit in me. Give me the love and patience to deal with all men in peace. Let me move completely at the impulse of Your love. I worship You in reverence and in awe. My lips praise You and I ask that my prayers are a pleasing aroma to You. Purify my heart, Lord, for I want to love you more.
Holiness starts from the heart, not from our own righteousness
but by looking unto Jesus, the beginner n finisher of our faith.
Our righteousness are like filthy rags.
Holiness has to do with my heart.
God is always ever ready to make us holy, to give us all the dunamis power.
but our hearts are not ready for God to use us
Holiness begins with the heart; holiness starts inside a person.

but our hearts are not ready for God to use us
Holiness begins with the heart; holiness starts inside a person.
Out of the heart, springs the issues of life. Therefore guard your heart.
A holy person’s aim, passion, desire, longing n drive is to please God.
Seek Him for wisdom and for guidance.
Do not lean on your own strength or turn to men,
For they’ll disappoint you.
The world out there is evil and will turn its back against you.
Run into the arms of God, your Abba Father.
Listen to Him and be comforted,
for the Lord is merciful and kind.”
Everyone is born a sinner
but this does not mean we are all evil.
Because in everyone of us
we’ve love n compassion in our hearts.
It’s whether we express it in our actions
or we practice it in our lives.
Therefore keep your head high in your times of troubles,
and look up to God…
where does my help come from?
